People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.

I am an animal lover, plant geek, nature enthusiast, music junkie and intrepid optimist.

I do what I do because I have a deep appreciation for the world we live in and I know that the well-being of things I hold dear – the people, the places and the living things, are dependent on how well we look after it.  I’ve been inspired by nature and the complex relationships between all living things for as long as I can remember. The magnificent interplay between earth, sea and air as it reveals life’s precious moments within the unrelentingly harsh struggle for survival stirs something in my soul.

If my own journey through life’s peaks and valleys has taught me anything, it’s that you cannot truly appreciate the sunrise until you have spent a night in darkness. a sense of humor is a necessity.  I tell stories about those journeys, and all the little moments along the way that matter. In the past my strength has been the written word, but I also appreciate the visual aspect of storytelling and learning about compelling the right image with the right words can be.
